The Account Managers' Network is a membership group for those who manage client relationships or are responsible for key account programmes.
The Network was established by Claire Offord (nee Rowles) and Eric Toh both experienced professionals in client relationship management within the professional services industry. |

Addressing the Need in the Market
Eric and Claire realised that there was a gap in the market place for such a group. The profession is evolving and there was a lack of sense of community and the recognition as a profession for individuals in similar roles across the industry. The Account Managers' Network is the first of its kind in the industry and is not associated with any firm or organisation.
The Account Managers' Network is very much shaped by the needs and feedback of its members. We are committed to running regular high quality events relevant to our members. The Network provides members the opportunity to hear from not only the leaders in the field but also from the client's perspective, share ideas, discuss market/industry issues and enables individuals to network with peers with a view to shaping and setting the agenda for the future of the profession.
A Sense of Community
Membership is open to everyone involved in client relationship management or account management. Currently members are predominantly from the professional services industry including legal and accountancy, but we also have members from other industries such as management consultancy, banking & financial services, construction & property, technology & IT, advertising & creative and non-profit & professional associations.
